My name is Zofia Soto. I was born in Poland ,
but United States has been my home since 1967.
I have always appreciated the beauty and energy found in artistic paintings. The ability to paint and express that energy as an artist has always been a dream of mine, a dream that became a reality a few years ago and now I enjoy working with oils, acrylic and watercolor, creating art. You will find that my paintings are simple, bright and realistic, but full of warmth and gentleness.
What inspires me the most is nature with its vibrant colors and wonderful scents, which I like to portray in my expressions on canvas.
What I wish to give to the observer is a feeling of connection with inner peace and the simplicity that our world should nurture to us. For me, painting brings rejuvenation to my soul as well as a stirring of my heart. Nature, family and spirituality are among my favorite subjects.
Painting has allowed me to share that part of myself with others, but also become a wonderful hobby that helps me to relax and brings me joy. I hope you can enjoy it too.
