Our EAP works together with partner agencies and associations on behalf of our clients to grant assistance where needed to help them achieve their goals.
Services to the client are free of charge.
The Polish American Foundation’s EAP was formed in the fall of 2003 and thus far has served over 1000 clients.
Our chief focus has been to help the job seeker become acclimated to the American job market. This means providing the tools for job placement success, be it knowing where and how to look for a job, compiling a powerful resume, outreach to the job community, internet leads….we do what we can to best serve those who seek assistance.
Our job development capabilities are improving dramatically. Currently we are in the process of implementing an aggressive campaign to shift from being an informational portal by moving more into direct employer engagement in order to create additional placement opportunities for our clients.
