Options you have to sign up for membership are:
1) Sign up for membership below and mail in your check (please include you name, email address and phone number with payment).
2) Pay online securely with PayPal - by providing all PayPal information including your email, address and phone number you do not have to fill in a special membership form. Attach notes to you PayPal donation to indicate which Programs you would like to support.
3) Download the membership form, print and fill-out. Send in your membership payment together with your form.

* Full Members and above currently get a discount on rental of the Sloper-Wesoly House. Full Members,Sustaining Members and Sponsors get a $5.00 discount to all PAF Program Events. In addition, Sustaining Members and Sponsors get free admission to a single PAF Program Event. Benefactors and President Club members get free admission to all PAF Program Events.
Remember the Polish American Foundation of Connecticut is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and memberships and donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
